Libkdchart left out until the end

After reviewing a little, going through the code and looking at the current version of KDChart in KOffice 2.0, I decided to leave the charts out until the end. There is an extra complexity in having something compile when you are not really familar with how it was packaged, and we have our own code to worry about now.

So, for now, I decided to comment out all the code related to charts. I even found some includes that linked to kdchart in classes that had nothing to do it --> knewaccountwizarddlg. woot?

When we are done with the rest, I will go back, copy or link kdchart from koffice trunk and deal with the integration.
