Short after KMyMoney was ready to run on Windows, Michaël provided us patches to make it run on OS X. A few fixes to the patches, plus some questions asked, and they are now commited. Now it runs on the three major platforms.
The patches we had to apply were mostly avoiding the --no-undefined parameter we use in Linux and some other compiler issues. No actual code changes for now. We wrapped it all around IF(APPLE) defines.
The usual disclaim applies here: The current status of KMyMoney for KDE4 is alpha. It is only intended for developers' consumption. If you need to ask where to install it from, it isn't for you. If you need to ask for instructions to install it, it isn't for you. If you need to ask what alpha is, it isn't for you. We are working hard to get KMyMoney to a stable state, but it will take some time to polish the rough edges.
Here is a screenshot of KMyMoney running on OS X.
