Bringing charts back to KMyMoney and other stuff

A lot has been going on recently in the KMyMoney for KDE4. Fernando has been working on getting the online quotes back in shape. Cristian has been all over the place doing class refactoring and probably will do some more. The translators have been banging my head (gently) with fixes and suggestions on documentation, and in my spare time I have done some job (with the invaluable help of Thomas) to bring back the charts.

I really appreciate all the effort put in by the translators and documenters. Burkhard, Yuri, Jack, Marco, and many more, thanks a lot! You are making the documentation and translations the best ever for KMyMoney.

On my side, the charts are nowhere near complete. They still fail to render most of the charts, and in some cases the legends just show a crazy array of numbers, but it is a first step. In the meantime, I'm trying to get more API documentation on KDChart, which is what we use for the charts. A manual like the one around for the KDE3 version would be nice.

Ok, here is a screenshot. I sometimes wonder if the color pickers are colorblind or something. Why such flashy colors? I wonder if something could be set to have colors more theme-friendly.

BTW, the KDE4 version is using the Oxygen theme by default. We are making progress for a joint icon request with Skrooge. I have to work a little more on that.
