KMyMoney is full of lists, and probably the switch to Model/View framework is one of the biggest changes in Qt3->Qt4.

Amarok is also full of lists; it took us quite a while to port to KDE4. Granted we also took it as an opportunity to refactor a lot of what we were doing since Amarok 1.4's codebase couldn't handle new features well. So it probably shouldn't be too bad if you don't have to do that. :)

Anyways, big fan of KMyMoney 0.9 here. Congrats on getting the KDE4 version to link, I look forward to it.
