Actually, we hadn't forgotten - it was tentatively scheduled for tomorrow or Tuesday (but you're right of course, we've been busy with akademy stuff).

It's a little unfortunate linking to it now as it's not quite finished (not checked through, captions and borders for the pictures are not set up yet. Also, unless we remember to adjust the settings, we'll break your link when we publish it tomorrow or Tuesday (the URL includes publication date by default).

You can always ping us via dot-editors@ if we're being slow publishing stuff and not keeping you updated (and yep, we can be quite bad at both of those).
