Names matter

Make no mistake having a cool easy to rember name is a very good thing. So in the long run a better name than the nerdy KMyMoney would have been better.

Your geek users and developers may like it, but it is not going to convince anyone to try it. A good name maybe would.

But you are not alone with this .. the whole KDE (another bad name) desktop suffers from it. It all sounds like the translation to English was done by german prisoners in some rissian gulag.
KDE etc is not BMW or Quicken (no marketing billions and no public recognition) so good names matter a lot.

I wish FOSS people had mandatory marketing classes ;)
