Even if it would have been 90%, it is up to the developers working hard on this product to come to a final decision.
For me the voting result just says "we as users would be fine with using a different name", but that doesn't mean "we voted for it, so you better do it!".
Also, most of the people in the poll also stated they would still be fine with the old name. So, afterall, the poll result was relative, and still, the decision is up to the devs.

Personally, fine conclusion, nothing to say against it.
